These screws feature a large head that enhances hold-down capabilities, effectively resisting cupping and bowing forces that can occur as timber ages and reacts to moisture changes. The T25 Star drive recess allows for one-handed installation while minimising cam-out, and a star drive bit is included for convenience. For optimal results, it is recommended to pre-drill a 4mm or 5/32" hole and pre-countersink before securing.
