Sika® Rugasol C is a liquid retarder that combines with cement at the surface, effectively delaying normal hydration. This product is particularly useful in cooler conditions or low retardation scenarios. Once the retardation process is complete, the concrete achieves its full strength. Sika® Rugasol C allows for decorative finishes and can be used with various natural aggregates, providing an exposed aggregate finish with excellent anti-skid properties. It also creates a strong key for further concreting, screeding, or rendering, making it suitable for horizontal surfaces of freshly placed concrete.
