Selleys 310ml Black Flexiseal Fc Polyurethane Construction Sealant and Adhesive is a high-strength, flexible adhesive and sealant designed for various construction applications.

Selleys Black Flexiseal FC is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is ideal for weatherproofing joints between brickwork, masonry, wood, concrete, or metal frames. This product effectively seals roofing, retaining walls, and acoustic-rated walls. It is waterproof, highly flexible, and can be painted after curing without the need for a primer. Available in grey and white, it is not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use. To enhance durability in outdoor applications, it is recommended to paint with a suitable exterior paint, as some colours may discolour after UV exposure.
