Selleys 600ml Black Flexiseal Fc Polyurethane Construction Sealant and Adhesive is a high-strength, flexible adhesive and sealant suitable for various building materials.

Selleys Black Flexiseal FC is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is ideal for weatherproofing joints between brickwork, masonry, wood, concrete, or metal frames. This product is waterproof, highly flexible, and can be painted after curing. It does not require a primer before use and is also available in grey and white. However, it will not adhere to PE, PP, or PTFE, and should be tested on other plastics and rubber. It is not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use. To enhance durability in outdoor applications, it is recommended to paint with a suitable exterior paint, as some colours may discolour after UV exposure.
