Masons 75mm x 20m 40 Below Flashing Tape is a hot melt adhesive flashing tape designed for sealing around windows, doors, and joinery openings to prevent water penetration.
This 0.2mm thick flashing tape is compatible with all building wraps and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 65°C. It eliminates the need for primer sprays or heat guns during application. Its thin profile allows for easier fitting of windows and doors, while its nail seal ability meets ASTM D3330 standards, making it suitable for single layer applications over timber frames. An optional corner guard can be easily installed to enhance protection for framing.
