Kingspan AIR-CELL Permifloor® 500 is an innovative insulation solution tailored for suspended framed floors. This product combines insulation with moisture management, utilising a patented closed-cell foam structure that is sandwiched between highly reflective foil surfaces. The design includes tiny perforations that allow water and vapour to escape, preventing moisture accumulation beneath flooring. This insulation is fibre-free, non-allergenic, and non-irritant, contributing to a healthier indoor environment. It is pre-cut to 500 mm widths, ensuring a precise fit between joists and assisting in achieving a 6-star house energy rating. Additionally, it is Australian-made and CodeMark-certified for compliance with the Building Code of Australia.
