Josco 125mm 120g Extra Fine Abrasive Flap Disc is designed for efficient grinding on various materials including aluminium, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and wood.

This flap disc features zirconia grit for fast grinding and does not require backing pads. The 120G abrasive provides a finer grit for a smoother finish, making it suitable for general-purpose applications such as shaping and grinding metal, weld removal, and cleanup of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. It can also be effectively used on cast iron and wood, as well as for removing paint and varnish. Constructed with high-quality densely layered abrasive cloth flaps, it ensures controlled stock removal while remaining lightweight and cooler during operation, reducing the need for re-work. The range includes various sizes, with 40G and 60G for initial shaping and stock removal, and 80G and 120G for blending, finishing, and repairs.
